Okay, at some point these ridiculous stories will stop. There won't be a Sleeping While Black or Going to the Bathroom While Black thread, right? RIGHT?!

A Smith College employee called the police on a black student who was eating lunch in a common area because she “seemed to be out of place,” the school said.

The student, Oumou Kanoute, is working at Smith College as a teaching assistant and residential adviser over the summer. She said she was taking a break from work on Tuesday when a police officer approached her and asked why she was there.

So we have a situation where a person isn't doing anything, but just existing in a location and that got the cops called in.

I do remember alerting authorities when a saw a black man on campus back in my college days. I did so because they were in my dorm room (got back from work during an attempted burgling). To be fair, I would have told the authorities had the race been white, Hispanic, or even Asian.

The blacks be like "There is discrimination out there" and the whites be like "Why you so paranoid *crooked neck thing*?" And this girl who is going to college now knows that someone thinks she doesn't belong there... because she ain't white. So yeah... this shit is just sdgja;klghsda;lh, ALL CAPS, and stuff.

"Smith College said in a statement that the officer who responded to the call found nothing suspicious. The college also said it plans to investigate the employee who called the police and provide support to Kanoute."
