"Nothing in it should be construed as a fact"

At some point I think that the use of certain words, like "documentary", in a title should at the very least supercede any disclaimer later that conflicts with that phrase in the title. I do not think that a disclaimer saying it's not a documentary, after the title being "documentary", ought be legal except in the presence, perhaps, of an * or /s at full font size in the title.
