Omaha grand jury has blood on their hands!

Did Mr. Garner leave a note or is this another conflation of correlation with causation?

So are you proposing it's a coincidence?
I am proposing that correlation is not causation. Mr. Garner had lost the lease to his bar (see my edited response). We don't know what was going on his mind - your speculation may be correct but it may not as well. Blaming a grand jury for following the law, the evidence presented to them and their consciences for someone's decision to commit suicide requires, in my opinion, more than "cuz I think so".

Probably not coincidence. Probably he knew he'd be convicted b/c the evidence clearly proved he was a violent criminal who killed someone w/o valid cause. Perhaps he actually had a portion of a conscience and was racked with guilt over his violent act. Perhaps he was ashamed that the evidence against him would include evidence of white supremacist views, a possibility hinted by the fact that the special prosecutor who interviewed 60 people related to the case said that Gardner's guilt and lack of self defense was supported by "texts from Gardner’s phone; messages from Gardner’s Facebook account; and Gardner’s interactions with bystanders prior to even coming in contact with James Scurlock." Perhaps his knowledge that he'd be found guilty is why immediately after the shooting he fled to California.

He was an economic failure. He committed a cowardly act. I'm going to surmise those are correlated to what he was, a failed coward. He committed a cowardly act, suicide, rather than face consequences his decisions has yielded him.

So when are you planning to travel to Tallahassee Derec? Or are you just too afraid to admit your assertions about a black person, cop killed, there aren't warranted by facts.
