Pardoned Flynn calling for martial law to redo election?

I read in Newsweek that Flynn was calling for a partial martial law to redo elections in certain areas. He alluded to Lincoln's suspension of habeas corpus as justification. I tried to find a primary source, tweet/youtube something where he said it but couldn't find it. It's being reported, though. Does anyone have the primary source on this?
