It doesn't look so innocent to me. Shooting a man who is down with his hands in plain sight should be counted as murder. The video is a cacophony of almost hysterical screaming to about the guys hands which remained in clear sight almost throughout the entire video. She shot this guy to death and gets off...typical treatment with cops killing people....even white ones.

Not to mention that the guy is supposed to be controlling his hands while a bagillion volts of electricity are coursing through his body.
