Race is not biological, so the head of the Spokane NAACP outed as "white" is not news?

Rachel Dolezal is the head of the Spokane NAACP. Born white, she gradually integrated herself into black American culture, marrying a black man, adopting black children--maybe that doesn't make her black, but she then changed the color of her skin, dyed and curled her hair, and she became the head of her local NAACP! She was outed by her own white parents, revealing to reporters every indication of her white heritage. Presumably, she could not have became the head of the Spokane NAACP had she appeared her natural white self, as black Americans have been much slower to genuinely accept the "race is only cultural" doctrine than white liberals. If race is only cultural, then maybe she is the best proof of it.
