There is an old Soviet-era kind of jokes called Radio Yerevan jokes, after the capital of Armenia, then a Soviet Republic.
The jokes were always in a format of a joke posed to a program of Radio Yerevan. One of these jokes goes like
Q: Is it true that there is freedom of speech in the Soviet Union the same as there is the USA?
A: In principle, yes. In the USA, you can stand in front of the Washington Monument in Washington, DC, and yell, "Down with Reagan!", and you will not be punished. In the Soviet Union, you can stand in the Red Square in Moscow and yell, "Down with Reagan!", and you will not be punished.

Well, now we have Radio Tehran.
Q: Is it true that there is freedom of speech in the Islamic Republic of Iran the same as there is the USA?
A: In principle, yes. In the USA, you can stand in front of the Washington Monument in Washington, DC, and burn Donald Trump in effigy, and you will not be punished. In the Islamic Republic of Iran, you can stand in Tehran and burn Donald Trump in effigy, and you will not be punished.
