PALM BEACH, FL - Florida Representative Matt Gaetz informed both the State Department and aid organizations like Doctors Without Borders that he was willing to open his home to refugees from Afghanistan.
The three term Representative indicated that he felt for the plight of those in Afghanistan, especially teenaged women, who have seen their world turned upside down in such a short amount of time.
Representative Gaetz indicated he was willing to "either temporarily house or become a permanent home (until college aged)" any Afghan Women between the ages of 13 and 17. "These women need our support," noted a public statement released by Representative Gaetz. "And I want to help every single one I can."
