I am watching a recent interview of Steve Bannon at N.Y. Times. -- "Steve Bannon on ‘Broligarchs’ vs. Populism". I do NOT have a NY Times subscription (Never mind how I can watch it) but wish I could remember which webpage or Firefox App, if any, would allow me to download this mp4. I feel like I'm watching an insider's look into one of the greatest tragedies in human history.

Recall that Bannon has denounced Elon Musk. Control of Trump-47 is split between two factions, neither of which is "right-wing" or "conservative." The two groups are
* the "populist" snake-oil salesmen led by Steve Bannon himself
* the oligarchs, some of whom identified as progressive liberals until recently, but now join in the frenzy of getting their share of the Trillions that Musk et al plan to steal from the U.S. Treasury.

I'm posting this in a hurry, hoping an Infidel here can download or share this video.

You can get to the transcript using Reader View extension but it's all one big long paragraph with no punctuation.

Too much of a hurry to mention that the politicians Bannon admired, and touted for the POTUS job, BEFORE he encountered Trump (perhaps the top populist demagogue in all of history) were
* Sarah Palin, and
* Michelle Bachmann
Just posting the names of those two intellectuals in connection with the White House makes my fingers feel dirty.

In other words the duel for political control of the U.S.A. is now being contested by the Stupidists and Snake-Oilers led by Steve Bannon in one corner, and Greedy Billionaires in the other corner. We should root for Bannon's faction, I guess.

My biggest disappointment in Trump's cabinet selection is the premature ejectulation of Matt Gaetz. His appointment as Attorney General would have completed the perfection of this self-parody.
