Now, if you'd said "The point is that if one is tolerant of Christians despite the evilness of their religion then one ought to be tolerant of
Muslims, as well.", that would be a point. But the fact that one ought to be tolerant of Muslims in no way implies one ought to be tolerant of Islam, any more than our tolerance of Christians is a reason to be tolerant of Christianity. See how it works? People keep trying to paint those who attack Islam as attacking Muslims. It's an illegitimate debating tactic.
