Feel free to add any items to the list that you've heard religious apologists use to criticize atheists or atheism. I didn't mean my list to be exhaustive. Your first and second items are similar to my first item: Atheism offers no hope. Your third item doesn't have anything directly to do with atheism although it might be an apologist's response to a skeptic citing the plethora of Gods. If I was told I need a particular church-God, then I might respond that I prefer "Satan pretending" if he's less expensive.
