I know I post a lot on here that appears negative about America, but the truth is I fucking love it. I visit America each year and from the TSA agents to the cab drivers to the people I meet I just love it.
But it seems like there are some crisies ..the appearance of Donald Trup indicating one.
But what is the way forward?

America is still such a young assembly of people...there must be a positive way forward.
I'd love to hear thoughts

The dominance of the white man and white culture is fading in the US.

This is a good thing for culture, diversity of thought and opinion is a good in itself.

Within many US whites there are strong feelings of racial prejudice.

Almost eight years of Obama has caused these racists an incredible amount of stress.

And now they have a strong white leader to rally around who promises to make America great again, code for restoring white dominance.

And these racists are just besides themselves and utterly enthusiastic about the prospect of fucking over people of color. It doesn't really matter what color. If they are brown Mexicans, fuck em over, if they are brown Muslims, fuck em over, if they are black American's, sucker punch them and cheer.
 
To be fair, they're also really happy about the idea of fucking over other white people who disagree with them.
 
By 2050, half of men will be in jail because of outrageous false rape accusations. Another 25% of whites will be in jail because of outrageous false racial assault accusations.

Then America will be a beautiful. Until then, visit our nice park systems.

The far left just doesn't like white people, as your statements about welcoming "white culture" fading in the US. I think that's because modern capitalism originated in Europe and the far Left hates capitalism.
That's why the Left in the US wants to import as many Latin Americans as possible while the Left in Europe is trying to do the same with Muslims from Asia and Africa.

Why should US, or any country, tolerate millions of illegal aliens in our midst? That is not "fucking them over", that's controlling our borders.
As to "brown Muslims", you do know that there are Muslims of all colors, right? Being a Muslim is not a race, it's ultimately a choice.
And as far as "black Americans", an individual was sucker-punched, not an entire race. And he was punched by another individual.

Hate to break it to you, but we are already all mongrels. I probably have more Egyptian pharaoh DNA than the black supremacists that are coopting ancient Egypt for their racial superiority fantasies.

It's really not about race (as in genotype) but about culture. I happen to think Western culture is widely superior to say Islamic culture. Not to say we can't all learn from other cultures but the backbone of Europe and US should remain Western culture - individual rights, liberal democracy, science, secularism and yes, modern capitalism. That last part is where I think the far left hates Western culture the most.

Modern American style capitalism has been something of a bust. Supply side failure, the rich get rich while the working class wages stagnate, the Bush meltdown, Brownback economics and on and on. Its not the far left hating capitalism, its the younger millenials et al learning from sad experience that what paases for capitalism now is really a toxic form of oligarchy and is rejecting that for good reason, not ideology but because what we have been given does not work well.

One can only fail so long before some people start to notice and look longingly at different ways of doing things, such as in Scandinavian nations, and denigrating this all as mere "extreme leftism" means that you aren't really going to get what is happening here. Its a species of pragmaticism, not ideological leftism. Not unlike that that drove the early Roosevelt progressives and Grange movements. Lafferism is dead, time to bury it.
