The Night we Saw Adele in Toronto

I enjoyed your review but you could have done with naming the songs you referenced, i.e the Bob Dylan song and the one just after that.

Adele seems a likable girl. Witty, charming and a great sense of humor. I've seen her on the Graham Norton show and she is quite down to earth. Musically she is not my cup of tea but she does have a couple of songs I really like but I thought that "Hello" was just a cliche ridden dirge.

Good point. The Dylan song is 'Make you feel my Love', and the latter that I believe you're referencing is 'Someone Like You', which I actually do mention.

This post was a rush job, got it out in a little over an hour. Should have spent little bit longer on it but just wanted to pump it out. Might clean it up a bit some time down the road.

What a drama queen she is. If I were the guy she's addressing in 'Hello', I'd have to tell her, this is why we broke up, loud mouth. I'm standing right here and you insist on hollering at me like we're standing on two different Alps. Quiet down, honey. We've had calls from the neighbors.

I think Adele has the most important attribute for a singer: a unique sound. She's also pretty good technically. Bonnie Raitt claims Adele said she was influenced by Raitt, which I find believable.
