The agenda doesn't indicate what changes are being imposed. They have been sending out the agenda to licensees for years now, until recently there's been basically nothing pushed down from above. In the last two years (since we elected an R governor) there have been three helpings of state garbage. They were told to reduce regulations (hey, what? I see absolutely no garbage being imposed by the state, just some stuff where the law could stand to be clearer) and the result was a collection of nonsense to appease them (things like changing the continuing education requirement to calendar years rather than 12 months before the renewal application, but since the licenses run through January it doesn't really change much at all), an attempt to remove them entirely (the chiropractors want in on the market and have the notion that a few day's training suffices) and now this.
