There's a better solution, and it involves a nationwide collaborative effort in teaching parents to create an atmosphere whereby children do not grow up to acquire such a hate-filled state of mind. A white child growing up in an affluent neighborhood where they are sheltered from daily events that lead to the state of mind as portrayed in that video would not net near as many violent acts as depicted in that video. It isn't the color. It's the frame of mind and overall general attitude that is developed during childhood.
