They're running a dragnet on literally all federal NGO Child Services contracts, to the tune of 35000 kids to get enough cases to hold up to claim malfeasance of the prior administration.
It's already been announced.
But the fact is, the foster system sucks, and is rife with issues. They'll find it not because "bidens" but because of the critical shortage of oversight driven by GOP agendas.
