We have had a political and law enforcement break down in Seattle.

It seems clear progressives on the city council are taking the opportunity to cause chaos. One member let protestors into city hall at night. The cut throat ideology and power battles between the mayor and the council look like 3rd world politics. Crete chaos and breakdown to create a power vacuum.

The people who declared an autonomous zone had armed self appointed scurry. Beatings, exclusion of reporters.

As the situation deteriorated the mayor chronically supported their
rights' and refused to take action. Resilt shooting dretahs and looting.

There was a demonstration near my house and I lited to the mayor adrees them.

Dementors looed and damaged buses in Chinatowns a few blocks from me. Minority business. Plywood is up on windows across Chinatown.

It was a leaderless mob that degenerated to directing anger ay many things. A power faction developed in the autonomous with suppression of contrary speech and movement. zone.

Watching it all was an education.

What a shame that CHAZ/CHOP didn't survive long enough to see that garden produce large quantities of glorious organic soy and kale to be enjoyed by all the CHAZ peaceniks while engaging in a lively conversation about the greatness of Karl Marx and Mao.

The local public radio station soft sells what happened, They described it as a festival with music, art, and food. They ignored the shootings and valence within the zone.

The same progressive Seattle view on immigration, drugs in the streets, and the homeless. Ignore all the obvious negatives in the furthurencee of an ideology. People do drugs on our steps in plain site on a main street without fear off police. Progressive city policy is not to arrest for using drugs.

There is a homeless camp up the street. Several in my building have ben assaulted on the street. It is pointless to call the p0lice. City policy says street people can not be compelled to do anything.
