Wacko dude enters dutch tv station with gun + silencer to tell us a story

A man carrying a pistol with a silencer came into the studio of a (*the*) Dutch news station on Thursday and demanded to go on the air.
Staff members of NOS were evacuated immediately after he arrived while police surrounded the building.

He forced a guard to lead him to the main studio where the main news show was about to begin, but the guard guided him into an empty studio. He had a letter with him explaining he wanted to tell some disturbing news on live television.

After a few minutes he was apprehended by the police. His weapon turned out to be fake.

The letter he gave to the TV crew claimed he had 5 compatriots; as well as 96 hackers ready for a cyber attack, AND eight dirty bombs with radioactive material spread through the country. Later he admitted that he was working alone; though I don't expect anyone took the claims in the letter particularly serious seeing as they were a bit much. The gun he used turned out to be fake. Unconfirmed rumor is that he'd recently lost both his parents; and he doesn't appear to have been religious. So it's likely he just snapped from the loss. Given how calmly he surrendered, this seems to have been no big deal contrary beyond the ease with which he could do this.
