What exactly was Cosby found guilty of and what was the evidence for it?

I haven't seen that stated explicitly. I haven't seen anything much stated specifically. Just vague statements of the sorts of things he's done.

Vague statements? He drugged women and raped them. Nothing vague about that.

Lots of evidence from the accusers and Cosby's admitted that he gave women sedatives when hitting on them. The doctor he got them from had his license revoked because of it.

Vague statements? He drugged women and raped them. Nothing vague about that.

Not to nit pick. But that is a vague statment. Who, how and with what is left out of your short sentence.
