What will happen to funding for "left wing" and/or non-profit organizations under Trump?

I wonder what will happen to programs like Americorps as a starter...

The only positive outlook that these orgs have is that congressmen will be a bit scared to vote to cut programs that bring in money locally, because of campaign ads about it.

If the federal budget is cut one percent each year and everyone is clamoring for the scraps of what falls out of the military's feedbag, I can't imagine nonprofits and social services will have the strength to fight their way to the front of the pack.
I reckon what is lost in charitable services to our "what have you got to loose" neighborhoods will be made up for in police services.
