So far it appears that Britain, Germany, Australia, and Turkey have come out against any bombing of Syria. Others may yet weigh in. Turkey has explicitly stated that they will not allow the US to use Incirlick air base to carry out the bombings.
Meanwhile, the Premier of Iraq has said that he will no longer use the Iraqi air base to bomb Iraqi villages even if they are controlled by ISIS.
And now ISIS and the "moderate" (i.e. jihadists who are not loquacious) Free Syrian army and agreed to a non-aggression pact which makes them virtual allies in the war against Assad.
The US campaign to "isolate" our enemies appears to be going in reverse.
