Following a stunning announcement that first daughter Ivanka Trump is shutting down her namesake fashion apparel line due to plummeting sales, internet users piled on the White House adviser who saw her company collapse due to her joined-at-the-hip connection to her president father, Donald Trump.

On Tuesday, the Wall Street Journal reported the business was closing down immediately with Abigail Klem, who took over as president of the brand, expected to break the news to the the company’s 18 employees later in the day at a staff meeting.
