Worlds that could support life are found practically in the Sun’s backyard

I'll admit that I haven't stayed up to date on telescope tech, but it amazes me what they're able to achieve with a 60cm objective.
 
All we know are their sizes and orbital particulars. Concluding that they 'can support life' is a bit of a stretch.
