CLEARBROOK, Minn. - A 71-year-old man from Clearbrook, Minnesota is charged with three felonies, including attempted murder, for allegedly shooting at a U.S. Border Patrol helicopter and injuring a local deputy who was aboard.

Carstie Clausen appeared in court this morning and was charged with 2nd Degree Attempted Murder and 1st Degree use of Deadly Force against a Peace Officer. Each of those charges carries a maximum sentence of 20-years in prison.
