Too much nuance? Doesn't fit your simplistic Disneyland version of reality? I judge people how they are on balance.
No, you are all over the road. Once again, seemingly taking all possible sides and being as inconsistent as possible.
Holding people up to impossible standards and gleefully condemning them isn't a virtue.
Maybe it is just me, but not going on an anti-Semitic rant shouldn't be considered an "impossible standard". I haven't considered it that difficult actually to have not gone on a rant as such.
Seeing the humanity in other people is. Understanding that all people feel vulnerable. All people have complex webs of dysfunctional coping strategies to make it through the day. Even you. You are not one of the good guys here. Sorry.
I haven't taken much of a moral stance here. I've called out your two-faced approach to morality. You've already conceded that you understand the reason some have decided to judge as they have in the Jewish community. Yet, you still label the Jewish reaction to what they consider "anti-Semitism" as overly woke. Is that how out of it you are? That anti-Semitism... the real stuff, not the fake stuff you like to stamp labels on, is "woke"?
You only think its two-faced because, I think, you have a preposterously shallow, judgemental and cruel moral code and view of humanity.
I think you have placed yourself in an ethical position, you think, is safe from judgement. It allows you to pass judgement on others without ever needing to take a risk. I'm calling you out on it. Your moral position is absurd. Its something that can only exist on chat forums, or among the priviliged middle-class.
Or to put it more plainly, you're talking shit.
