Didn't the judge in the Verizon lawsuit tell the FCC they can't do net neutrality unless they put ISPs under Title 2?
Welp, the FCC did what the judge suggested so I'm not sure why the plaintiffs expect to win. But they have money to burn so why not?

Plantiffs are suing, probably want an injunction so the regulation doesn't go into effect for 42 years.
