Now can we have an end of the whining about women's wages?
Now can we have an end of the whining about women's wages?
It will only be replaced about whining about men's wages.http://content.time.com/time/business/article/0,8599,2015274,00.html

If the pathetic wimpering on this site is any indication of the national sentiment, I'd say yes.It will only be replaced about whining about men's wages.
Will that mean Affirmative Action sexism stuff for men?
It will only be replaced about whining about men's wages.
Will that mean Affirmative Action sexism stuff for men?
Funny how when men are earning more it's a huge problem, but when women are earning more it's just fine. Now, if the men aren't being discriminated against, what's the problem that women are earning more? Nothing. There's no problem that requires a solution.
What an asshole. Women were getting paid less, about 90 cents to the dollar once all things were considered and now that it appears women may be getting more, the asshole asks whether we can stop whining. As if women being paid less wasn't something worth complaining about. It will only be replaced about whining about men's wages.http://content.time.com/time/business/article/0,8599,2015274,00.html
Now can we have an end of the whining about women's wages?
Is men getting paid less (or for example getting a lesser chance at college because of affirmative action and gender-based scholarships which very heavily skew female)) worth complaining about? Or are people that do going to get insulted and be told to "men up" like it happens with all other forms of gender-based injustice and female privilege in our society? As if women being paid less wasn't something worth complaining about.

Kind of like in college. Women are 60% of college students due to affirmative action, female only scholarship/grants etc., but feminists still insist females are "oppressed" because there are still some majors where men are the majority. And also because not all men accused of "rape" are expelled immediately.![]()
There needs to be an equilibrium. I think men will somehow survive this temporary bump.Is men getting paid less (or for example getting a lesser chance at college because of affirmative action and gender-based scholarships which very heavily skew female)) worth complaining about? If the people who support affirmative action now had a principled response, the answer should be 'yes'.
That article is from 2010--it's old news.It will only be replaced about whining about men's wages.http://content.time.com/time/business/article/0,8599,2015274,00.html
Now can we have an end of the whining about women's wages?
Because for a long time, women were discriminated against. Duh.Funny how when men are earning more it's a huge problem, but when women are earning more it's just fine.
Produce the disinterested evidence that percentage of women in college is 60% due to factors other than merit.Kind of like in college. Women are 60% of college students due to affirmative action, female only scholarship/grants etc., ..
Men have been discriminated against for the last 40 years.Because for a long time, women were discriminated against. Duh.
I had already done so in other threads. To sum up there is affirmative action in admissions and there are far more female only scholarships and grants than male only ones. Furthermore, colleges have general resources and female only resources, in effect giving females much more resources than men.Produce the disinterested evidence that percentage of women in college is 60% due to factors other than merit.
40?Men have been discriminated against for the last 40 years.
How in the heck did I ever get through college with such rampant anti-male bias?!I had already done so in other threads. To sum up there is affirmative action in admissions and there are far more female only scholarships and grants than male only ones. Furthermore, colleges have general resources and female only resources, in effect giving females much more resources than men.Produce the disinterested evidence that percentage of women in college is 60% due to factors other than merit.
Yeah, since the feminist takeover in the 1970s.
Well the ratio is 60/40, not 100/0. I forgot to mention one more thing: female students can get rid of much of their male competition by making bogus rape claims. How in the heck did I ever get through college with such rampant anti-male bias?!
bullshit.Men have been discriminated against for the last 40 years.
You have not provided any actual evidence other than your biased opinions about the effects of affirmative action in admissions to colleges and universities for women or the scholarships.I had already done so in other threads. To sum up there is affirmative action in admissions and there are far more female only scholarships and grants than male only ones.
This unsubstantiated claim literally has no meaning because "much more" is undefined. Furthermore, you presume such a division (assuming there such resources as "female only") is more than an accounting gimmick (i.e. giving titles to slices of the pie without changing the actual size of the slices).Furthermore, colleges have general resources and female only resources, in effect giving females much more resources than men.
Takeover?Yeah, since the feminist takeover in the 1970s.
Man, you just hate women.Well the ratio is 60/40, not 100/0. I forgot to mention one more thing: female students can get rid of much of their male competition by making bogus rape claims. How in the heck did I ever get through college with such rampant anti-male bias?!

Yeah, what does it take to stoop such a nasty and low view of any group?Man, you just hate women.
