Washington mall shooting: Four dead in Burlington, police say

Four people were killed in a shooting Friday night at a mall in Burlington, Washington, a spokesman for the state patrol tweeted.

Police are searching for at least one shooter, and are sweeping stores in the mall, Sgt. Mark Francis said.
Burlington is about an hour north of Seattle.
"Please avoid Cascade Mall area in Burlington," Francis said. " Follow all road closures."
Francis tweeted that survivors would be transported by bus to a nearby church.

I spoke with an old friend of mine from college who lives just a few blocks away from that mall. he was telling me how he had been in the mall quite recently. Ya never know anymore, ya just never know.

There will be an investigation. She may be brought up on charges. I'm not sure, but I think the perps still have to be INSIDE your house and NOT running away for the self-defense thing to stick. Being shot in the back in your backyard will bring up the charge of manslaughter i.e. the perps were leaving, were no longer a threat.
