I just found this on Cracked.com so I am a bit suspicious

Did this really happen? I would have thought creationism was far less of a menace in Europe than America, especially in liberal Holland

Well, just because it's not as much of a menace doesn't mean they don't still have a subset of lying crazies. They just don't put those lying crazies in charge of the government quite so often.

I didn't see the article, since your link points to an image with some text, and a simple google search did not get me the article. Based on the text in the image, apparently someone modified one or more documentaries produced by the BBC and hosted by Sir Attenborough to appear as though the program supported creationism. In real life Sir Attenborough is anything but a creationist, and he has publicly stated on multiple occasions that he doesn't believe that a god created life on this planet. He has spent a lifetime traveling the world to bring us science documentaries, and is one of my favorite tv personalities.

Creationism simply can't be true. If it was there would be no need to lie in its favor all of the time.

With all the different gods, spirits and creatures of woo that people have created, how can one not accept creationism as fact?
