a comic genius. Not only did his improvisation crack up the audience... often he created hysterical chaos by cracking up his costars on stage.

A master, a very quirky master (but see him in his Carol Burnett shows, not the Disney phase.) He led to lesser talents like Jimmy Fallon and Leslie Jones assuming that cracking up in a skit would make for hilarity. But leave that to the masters.
