Hard to defend this fucktard. He killed three people, including an 8 year old girl, in order to steal their guns and cash to start a White nation.

But three more are scheduled to die, two this week and one in August. The Supreme Court rejected his challenge 5-4, with Breyer and Ginsburg suggesting it was time to revisit the Constitutionality of the death penalty.

True, but that would be a sloppy basis for justifying executions. If we put it to a public vote, coin toss on whether people would elect to line up and summarily execute every convicted pedophile in the nation. I think, recently, a Gallup poll showed a shift in people favouring life sentences over the death penalty, but historically, it has been the other way around, or at least a very close result. But what we feel when talking in the abstract as opposed to thinking about specific crimes is bound to be different for many.
