I wanted to express my utter and completely heart felt fuck you to you. Your statement regarding the revelation that the President lied to America... repeatedly about the threat of Covid-19, a few days after it came out really just made me want to express how much I wish you would just fuck off. You had the power to help prevent the deaths of over 100,000 people, but you felt that the President had "learned" his lesson. Yes, he did. He learned that the GOP will cover his bloated ass on anything... including this. The fact that you didn't condemn his actions continues to further this awful narrative that the GOP is more sold out to whatever interests than the NRA was to Russia. I wish you a speedy, night of the election, concession speech this November. Now please go fuck off into the night.

It's also surprising how a few (emphasis on FEW) GOP have actually showed a spine and even something approaching ethics. The cynic in me almost wants to think it is planned, to produce a "paragon" candidate that the religious right can rally behind re: Mittens.

At any rate, assuming Trump falls, Mittens is probably going to be the next headliner.

Audio of Trump saying the virus was bad from a conversation in early February came out. In late February he'd call his admin's lack of action a hoax. He'd argue that the flu was more dangerous. He'd convince people to go out and spread the disease causing a second bump.

This evidence comes out, and it is a whimper. The GOP isn't defending Trump because of Party. They are not attacking Trump because they are compromised.

I don't think you, personally, will ever "find" any. However, when a campaign advisor is arrested and have their assets seized, when the National Security Advisor-to-be is in direct correspondence with Russians in an informal capacity, when an Attorney General has to recuse themselves, it's a pretty fucking big indication. And if you are so corrupt that Alexander Downer of all fucking people decides he needs to go to the cops about it, some dodgy shit is going on.

You might want to rephrase ,"no real evidence", to ,"I will never ever accept despite the plethora of evidence presented." Just a thought.
