So now that DC riots are over ...

This reminds me of few decades ago when "family value" conservatives where caught in sexual trysts.

"Decades ago"?
Trump was caught paying off the porno star he was banging while his "wife" was giving birth!

This isn't decades ago. It's modern Christian values.

At least Trump wasn't banging a little boy, but still....

This reminds me of few decades ago when "family value" conservatives where caught in sexual trysts. Or more recently when male feminists turned out to be stalking rapists. All those who for the past four to five years brayed that the opposition were fascists, reveal yourselves to be the fascists.

Reminds me of when a TFT poster who had been complaining about socialists intruding on the business of private Companies, shit his pants over Companies banning his favorite moron to protect themselves from the liability that his favorite moron visited upon them. Fucking hypocrite.

Are you tilting at windmills? This is an atheist/agnostic forum. Of all groups of people, we should be consistent in protecting freedom of speech and expression. To paraphrase Chomsky, if you don't support freedom of speech for people you don't like, then you don't support freedom of speech at all.

All participants are guilty of felony murder.

All Republicans will have to answer "yes" when asked whether they have been members of an organization promoting violent overthrow of the U.S. government.

So much for over the fence talk being free speech. It's like others say: His Flagency has all the microphone he needs. He doesn't want to speak freely. He wants to incite. The for profit chaps decided his chatter wasn't good for business. -30-

So you feel that a small cadre in Silicon Valley gets to decide what you can and cannot see? That may be fine for you, but for me.

The Civil War was started by Democrats.

They don't.
I have no problem accessing Redstate(.com) or Drudge or Coulter.

And frankly, I'm pretty bad at internetz. But I don't have any problems accessing conservatives.

Dang, you're swinging wildly.

It actually wasn't. Assuming that what you mean by Civil War was the War of Northern Aggression. That wasn't really a Civil War.

Hey, don't be stomping on Lindsey Graham's turf.

I don't think Chomsky was referring to speech not protected by the First Amendment.

Advocacy of violence is against the TOU. Do it and you will get your ass tossed. Every freedom has limitations.

So, if conservatives won't let Twitter choose how to moderate the content it hosts, then conservatives aren't supporting Twitter's freedom of speech, because they don't like that choice, thus conservatives don't support free speech.

And if you don't support it, you got no business asking to get it.

Siddown and shaddup.

Parler CEO says even his lawyers are abandoning him
CEO John Matze said “every vendor” ditched the company

The CEO of the conservative-friendly social app Parler said that all of its vendors have abandoned the company following recent bans from Google, Apple, and Amazon.

“Every vendor, from text message services to email providers to our lawyers, all ditched us too, on the same day,” Parler CEO John Matze said in an interview with Fox News on Sunday.

Google banned Parler on Friday, Apple removed Parler on Saturday, and Amazon has informed Parler it will be kicked from the company’s web hosting services Sunday evening. Each company cited threats of violence posted on Parler in their reasons for removing the app. Screenshots from the app shared by activist group Sleeping Giants showed users calling for violence against Mike Pence and threatening further activity at the Capitol on January 19th.

In a post on Saturday night, Matze said that the service “will be unavailable on the internet for up to a week as we rebuild from scratch” and that “we have many competing for our business.”

But of course Derec in his sanctimonious-yet-utterly-dishonest way, tries to paint antifa as some paramilitary entity with "divisions", and acts all butthurt when called out on it.
Typical.

You are the intellectually dishonest one, pretending that the word "division" has only one meaning even after I have disabused you of that notion.

You are the intellectually dishonest one, pretending that the word "division" regardless of usage was not satisfied already even after I disabused you of that notion.

And it still wouldn't be true. Even if every one of their members claimed to be Antifa, or BLM (also a separate group btw), they remain two separate and distinct groups because these groups are specifically defined by the ideology central to the naming term. "Black lives matter" posits that we should act in accordance with the acceptance that black lives matter as much as all other lives.
Not true. #BLM is a radical anti-police organization that protests against black people being shot by police even in cases where the shootings were justified. Often they engage in violent rioting, looting and arson. For example, here is a #BLM leader from Chicago defending her group's usual practice to loot stores.

Black Lives Matter Chicago Organizer Defends Looting: 'That's Reparations'

Antifa believes that we should take direct action as necessary to prevent the advance of fascism. Full stop.

Also false. Antifa, short for 'Antifaschistische Aktion', started as a paramilitary wing of the German Communist Party in the 1920s. They continue to be far-left radicals who see everybody who is not far-left as "fascist".

There is no organization beyond this
They have been sufficiently organized to pull off occupation of Capitol Hill in Seattle and the still ongoing occupation of the neighborhood surrounding the Red House in Portland, but of course in both cases they benefited from quislings in the governments of those respective cities.

And you dodged the question about rioters attacking a police precinct in suburban Portland recently or about armed Antifas still patrolling a Portland neighborhood where a black self-declared "sovereign citizen" wants to avoid legal eviction.
What is your opinion about those? Same question goes to other lefty posters on here.

I know previously you defended the right of #BLMers to loot and trash a Target. What does vandalism and larceny have to do with "act[ing] in accordance with the acceptance that black lives matter as much as all other lives". Nothing! But then again, #BLM was never really about that.

You are the intellectually dishonest one, pretending that the word "division" regardless of usage was not satisfied already even after I disabused you of that notion.
You are being nonsensical. And you are still dodging the question about your stance of left wing violence like attacking police precincts and occupying neighborhoods to aid so-called "sovereign citizens".

The hysteria over #BLM and antifa is driven solely by fear and a complete lack of empathy for the views of people who are different. I find it annoying but pitiable.
It is your side who has 'complete lack of empathy for people who are different'. It is your side who rejoices in everybody who disagrees with your ideology getting deplatformed. You are the ones who rejoice in rioting, looting and arson as long as it is your side engaging in said violence.

I am not rejoicing over anything. I do not advocate "deplatforming" dissenting views.

What is it about these stupid "whataboutisms" and straw men of yours?
