This was a real good documentary as well, it went well past the McDonalds case and in to other cases which were slandered as well.

Raoul Dujeaneaux, of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, using a Magna-Tek cordless circular saw to attempt to grind down corns on his toes -- which is nowhere discussed, let alone prohibited in the owner's manual -- lost his balance and cut off his left foot, half of his scrotum, and his head. He is now suing the company for $4.8 million ("Louisiana man who self-decapitated is irate", Arcadian Footprints Dec. 2020). Tort reform proponents have cited his case as a demonstration of unwarranted lawsuits against manufacturers. Dujeaneaux has turned down offers to settle out of court.
Nope. But when someone only criticizes people of stuff that is non-racial, and yet the purveyor is someone who only criticises blackies, it leaves one to wonder.

Assuming the whole story is not compleely made up (it crosses my mind that this is too dumb for words!), I was wondering if it is because the product she ran out of is called “glue” (Göt2b Glued spray).
I used to use that stuff on my son’s hair when he wanted to look like a Pachycephalosaurus. It has a pretty solid hold and is tough to wash out. So a person MIGHT think it is really “glue” and that substituting other “glue” products would work.
Maybe?

Over on Twitter, there's a thread with people supporting the idea that Gorilla Glue is indeed culpable and should be sued, and the race angle is being highlighted.

LOL! Sounds like exavierpope would like to see a warning label on Gorilla Glue. Maybe something along the lines of: "Attention Black Women: This product is not intended for use on hair."
If that's not the definition of the "soft bigotry of low expectations" then I don't know what is.
We need less writing on labels, not more. Between California's ridiculous Prop 65 warning about cancer causing chemicals appearing on just about every product ever made, CYA warnings composed by corporate liability lawyers and multiple languages being crammed in, you practically need a microfiche reader to read the basic directions of use. Even with my reading glasses, I can't make out what is written sometimes.

Your link shows one idiot supporting it, with 99% of the replies criticizing him and the idiot who put it in her hair, including almost every one of the many replies by black people who find it both idiotic and the racial angle insulting. Odds are 90% of them are leftists, many of them "woke". So, much for the equally moronic narrative that this has anything to do with any political perspective or group, rather than being what it is, a few people out of 7 billion having a stupid take on something, which is guaranteed by random chance every second of the day.

No. Metaphor is no doubt harping on the race issue as a way of beating his very dead horse he beats in almost every thread about the evils of critical race theory and how somehow that is to blame for 3 people in 7 billion thinking it has valid application here.
Also, the take about frivolous lawsuits rests on the same idiot notion that lone nutjobs or money grabbers bringing suits is a political problem that can somehow be solved. Such suits can only be eliminated (or prevented from even being thought about as the OP demands) via extreme corporatist fascism where corporations are completely shielded from any harm caused by their constant efforts to profit by harming the public.
Another race-baiting thread telling us that black people are stupid. And he wonders why people call him a racist.
And those threads showing white people doing stupid things are racist, too.
