Legal definition of woman is based on biological sex, UK supreme court rules

Well yes. Going back people used sex instead of gender, before gender identity was a significant thing, because sex seemed impolite. Because it conjured up images of the act of sex. Can you give your definitions of sec and gender?

If something negatively affects women,? Oh, it’s fine, just be kind. Something that might negatively affect men? We have to have a rule in place to stop that.

I can give an example from the world of sport. US Rowing. Not sure if the rules have changed, but until recently trans women could compete in women’s categories, subject to testosterone levels. But rowing also had mixed sex classifications, and trans women didn’t qualify as eligible women for...

By trans rights activists in particular, and a large proportion of men in general. Because women’s rights are not much thought about.

Well obviously. But that would be asking men to change attitudes and make accommodations, instead of women. Which is why that option has been largely overlooked.

Treating trans women as women is fine for many everyday interactions. It breaks down where a person’s sex is actually relevant. Single sex spaces are only single sex, if only people of one sex are allowed.

And if you support puberty blockers and surgery for minors, as per the gender affirming model, you are supporting the sterilisation and mutilation of children. Own it.

ex Have you seen the interview where Semanya says “her” internal testes don’t make “her” any less of a woman? Well, they do. Caster Semanya is a male with the 46xY-ARD condition. And a person’s “gender” is all well and good. Make up any personality type you want. But there are some...

Most trans women are obviously male. They show themselves to be male. If you’re relying on declarations instead of presentation, believing people because they’ve said what they’ve said, is profoundly stupid. Especially when we have an objective test as to whether someone is male or female.
