Clearly the "filth" is the immigrants. And I rather doubt they would care if the person even could be deported. My wife holds only US citizenship. Deport to where?

"Clean out the filth" is a call for police reform. At least, it is in the vernacular of my birthplace, where the phrase "The Filth' has only one common referent.
