What was the outcome of this case? This was 5 years ago. There is no context or post-mortem here so its hard to conclude anything about this.

Vaccination is not without its dangers, though such occurances are very rare, 1 in a million.

Took all of a few seconds to look.
She was charged, had exemption regarding mask use so charges dropped. And the officer review required no punishment against the officer.
Also, you can't readily say "he is choking me" with an unobstructed voice while being choked. There appears to be nothing in the run up to the confrontation. It is uncertain why any contact would have been necessary.
Swizzle seems a bit inconsistent when it comes physical violence against civilians.

According to your link, there was an investigation on-going and the cause of death was not yet determined and you are assuming it was the vaccination. Yes, vaccinations do carry a very small non-zero risk. Which is why the testing sample sizes were so large for the Covid-19 vaccines, due to it needing to be widely distributed.

That is exactly what I was pointing to and accepting facts. There have been other cases too (Polio). Of course, the occurrence is very rare.
Risk/benefit ration is clearly on the side of vaccination.

1 million people died and it is like Covid-19 was never even a virus to begin with.
Trump both got the system moving to get a preventative treatment against Covid-19 and undermined the entire need for it.
Fauci immediately had people look into whether Covid-19 was weaponized. It was one of the first things they did because prelim analysis implied to some scientists that it was. The final conclusion, based on analysis (of which we've seen the communications for) indicated that it was likely a natural set of mutations.
Everything else Fauci did was to tell America the truth in a very tight way. His statements were flat out professional.
What would go wrong would be the compromises the people forced the Government to make because "Damn it! We need to go out and drink at the bar!" The compromises weren't really all that sound, but the CDC was being forced into coming up with the best worst set of safety protocols for people that are stupid.
And in the end, after the ERs were jam packed across the nation, over a million dead we get "Fauci was a deceitful little toad".
The planet got smacked by nature and people went bonkers on political nonsense. Nothing changes. Instead of killing cats to stop the spread of the plague, people were taking anti-parasitic medicine for barnyard animals!
Pretty certain he never was. I mean it's not like he said one thing publicly, then said the complete opposite privately to a reporter, like Swiz's lord and saviour did.
