Thermometric coolers are commonly used in electronics. They can be stacked to get very cold temperatures.
Simple to use. DIY Put a heat sink made for a fan on each side, put the hot side outside a room, and put a DC voltage across it.
You can run it 'open loop' or put a simple thermal swatch in series with the DC voltage.
The hot side can be ducted outside through a widow with flexible ducting and duct tape.

A thermoelectric cooler (TEC), or Peltier cooler, is a solid-state device that uses electricity to move heat from one side to the other. When power flows through it, one side becomes cold while the other side gets hot. Portable versions are popular for road trips and camping as lightweight alternatives to traditional compressor fridges.

Thermoelectric heat pump - Wikipedia
Thermoelectric heat pumps use the thermoelectric effect, specifically the Peltier effect, to heat or cool materials by applying an electrical current across them. A Peltier cooler, heater, or thermoelectric heat pump is a solid-state active heat pump which transfers heat from one side of the device to the other, with consumption of electrical energy, depending on the direction of the current. Such an instrument is also called a Peltier device, Peltier heat pump, solid state refrigerator, or thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and occasionally a thermoelectric battery. It can be used either for heating or for cooling,[1] although in practice the main application is cooling since heating can be achieved with simpler devices (with Joule heating).
