More celebrities passing

I can't grasp the whole 3,000 songs thing.

Parton was a rare, close to universally beloved celebrity.
I guess a certain segment of the population didn’t know she helped fund the research that led to the development of the mRNA COVID vaccine.
She donated $1mil, which is great, but a drop in the bucket in terms of research funding.
The amount doesn't affect the point I was trying to make.

Now Tim Curry is dead, also at 80. Do we know another 80-year old who keeps on going like the goddamned Energizer bunny even as he destroys the country? Why yes, yes I think we do.

Clearly there is no God.
I'd hope for a hat trick, but that would probably doom someone else I'd regret losing.

Man who didn't want to be remembered as "the guy" who starred in The Rocky Horror Picture Show that starred in The Rocky Horror Picture Show passes away at 80.

They say bad news comes in threes. So, yeah, if you know who died at 80, that would not be bad news, so it won’t happen.

Tim Curry's passing has torn me even worse than Dolly. He was my very first celebrity crush (at 13) and I've followed his career ever since. I've had the pleasure of meeting him twice and he was always kind and generous. Usually celeb passings don't hit me hard, but this one did.

Former hockey player and LA Kings coach Barry Melrose has passed away. He was also a commentator for ESPN. Only 70 years old.

He was much older than I thought... then I remembered 1993 is much further back than I remember.
