My search is for a British show (very likely a movie or tv movie) where a stocky black haired guy goes to a communal vacation or something and then it becomes is an adult version of Lord of the Flies having a dance around a fire with a phallic symbol. I think it was from early 90s. It was pretty funny.

The only one I can think of is the original British film "The Wicker Man". It had a burning phallic.

It was in color, probably from around 1992 if I were to guess. I think it was maybe a parody of the Robert Bly type stuff that was popular then. I distinctly remember a dance around a bonfire
