Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence (shifting the burden of proof fallacy)

I remember a case where someone was speaking in tongues at an evangelical meeting, gibberish basically, and the 'translator' gave an account of what was said in English. There was a sceptic in the audience who recorded the message, glossolalia, and quite some time later the same translator was approached and asked to translate the recording, but surprise, surprise, the new translation was nothing like the original.
