You look out your window and observe you have twelve moles in your backyard, what is the total weight?

Hint

Use logic and reasoning

Magical brownies.

This problem is nowhere near well enough defined.

The total weight is 12m, where m is the average weight of the 12 moles.

Moles? In daylight? What the heck are they doing above ground? Or do I have 12 Mole HOLES, which of course I could maybe see, but then being HOLES, they have no weight.

And if my backyard is big enough for 12 territorial MOLES, it is not likely I could see ALL the Holes. It is more likely all 12 Holes were created by One very active nocturnal creature.

(12 molar masses)*g

Wouldn't you have to know what element it was?

Maybe they are on the International Space Station, and space is their backyard, and the weight is 0.
