For a judgment not to be paid while an appeal is pending is not unusual. Making an issue of it is a Faux Noise thing.

Using endless appeals to avoid paying what they owe is an asshole move by Oberlin. Meanwhile, their victims are waiting for what is owed them for years.

But the interest on judgment keeps accruing. Oberlin sholud have accepted verdict and be done. Attorneys making a lot of money.
