Ignoring for the moment that this is an appeal to consequences fallacy, and ignoring that the consequences aren't what they say (if atheism caused mass murder, Japan and Sweden would look very different), but another assumption behind their argument (that Christianity prevents atrocities from leaders) is also nonsense.
