Ben Carson: The crazy, it burns!!!

He is a man lost in the delusion of religion.

But able to function at a high level professionally.

It doesn't matter what your surgeon believes as long as he knows his anatomy.

Maybe the same thing is true of a president, but I don't want a president asking some god for the answers.

I like this picture. I think the artist, Plognark, was a member here, or rather in one of the earlier incarnations.

As far as pyramids, is Carson not aware that they are not hollow and actually have very little space inside. They are the anti-TARDIS if you will.

And who are the scientists who think it was aliens who built the pyramids. This guy perhaps?

Carson is the evangelical candidate for this presidential election cycle. Based on previous cycles, he'll make some noise but not get the nomination. Evangelicals may be a vocal faction in the Republican party, but they're not a controlling one. As for that religious graduation speech, my immediate thought is of the South Park Mormon episode. Yeah, they may believe in kooky things, but they're successful and likely have a more rewarding family life than you do.

Really, that's was Plognark.

And shit... how long have I been a member here?

Nevermind, I just received my 15 year pin in the mail from work where I left my corporate job of surfing the internets...

He says we "did everything the same" for 3000 years until the past 200 years when America came around, based on god, and then we went to the moon.

Well.. over the past 200 years, god belief has dramatically fallen off since 3000 years ago. So, by his logic, it is the lack of god belief that caused the technological revolution. So, um, ya.
