Black armed militia to head to Louisville to demand justice for Breonna Taylor

According to you, someone is innocent until proven guilty.
Including police officers. #BLMers condemn them without evidence just because they shoot a black thug like Kimmons, Brown, Woods etc.

Justice under the law means a trial, conviction and a sentence, not a killing.
In the course of law enforcement, use of lethal force is sometimes necessary. Such as when a perp shoots two people and then refuses to drop the gun.

Based on your "logic" police would not be allowed to ever use lethal force unless somebody was already convicted of a capital crime.

49 years in prison is long enough for most people. They are probably not a danger to society.

And yet many people get life without parole or even death penalty for murder. This guy committed cold-blooded murder (he and his fellow black nationalists ambushed and murdered these two cops) for the purpose of waging terrorism against the United States, so why should he be treated better than a regular murderer?
I think the real question is why a "regular murderer" should serve more than 49 years.

I suspect the parole board had more information about these men and their condition than you do.

Is it possible for you to respond on point rather than engage in "whataboutisms"?

You are shifting the goal posts. Necessity is not necessarily justice.

Refusal to drop a gun does not require the use of lethal force by the police. Refusal to drop a gun and posing a clear lethal threat does require the use of lethal force by the police.

Nope, see above.
