I don't think cosplay ships.
But there's a plentitude of fanfiction that ships them. It ships...everyone.

Those may not count since in the original version they supposedly were in a lesbian relationship.
Would love to see some of Susan Ivanova & Talia winters since it's strongly implied that they went to bed together, sexually, in the original B5. Talia wakes up in Susan's bed, reaches for her, but she's not there. Later in series Susan confesses to Delenn that she may have loved Talia. Pretty canon though so it may not count. Claudia Christian (Susan Ivanova) said that she and Talia (Andrea Thompson) were a bit too old for sleepovers.
