So, this game. It's like GTA, Snow Crash, and Hustler all came together in a threesome and this is what came along 9 months over 9000 years later.

You can have a big ol bellend. You can have a trimly shaved pussoi. You can beat people to unconsciousness with an even bigger fake dick than the dick you don't even need mods to show off!

So far, I've been enjoying it, albeit I am a little disappointed with how "told" the story is rather than being lived and decided at times. There are definitely choices I wouldn't be making if not for the railroading. Then it's also a game about living as a marginal person in a world with very wide margins.

So far, the game seems really amazing, though.

So who else is having to call in sick some time this week?

I have heard it is buggy for some. But my goodness, the complexity of these games is a modern marvel.

I'm waiting for the proper, next-gen (in my case, PS5) versions to come out, and will go ahead and purchase a console then.

I just played the Witcher 3 for the first time, and I'm completely blown away. I'm super excited for another RPG from CD Projekt Red.

Not a gamer myself, watched few youtubes and don't see much of improvements over what I saw 10 years ago in terms of graphics.
Is that current state of the art? I am asking because a month ago I saw a demo of some new engine and it looked way way better than this.

After the colossal dumpster fires that were Fallout 76 and Anthem, I have stopped purchasing games on release and will wait a couple of months at least so the it's playable when I finally play it. I couldn't give two shits about FOMO anymore. If I need a eurojank fix, I'll just replay the Stalker series.
