A group of top former intelligence and military leaders are sending a message to the nation’s troops and spies: think twice before following the president’s orders in a crisis. - 'Trump Is Not a King'

This is the most vicious attack on Trump ever launched by the Deep State. Now they are declaring by fiat that Trump is not a king. Have you ever heard something so ridiculous? They will stop at nothing and they will stoop to anything in order to tear America down and destroy everything the founding fathers created!

They probably don't think Nazis are "very fine people." This kind of insane, biased nonsense can only be tolerated for so long. Some day soon, we're going to need a Second Amendment Remedy to take power back from the Deep State. [/conservolibertarian]

Though it does play into Trumputin’s hands in the sense that now the lunatic fringe has “proof” of the Deep State that never really existed, what matters more is that a “deep state” is actually now forming and it’s squarely against Trumputin.

He is doing this as a plate spinning distraction, but the result is actually a focusing of power. The conspiracy they concocted as a pre-emptive against their own criminality is actually starting to form and once power focuses, it doesn’t care what pleebs call it or say about it in chat rooms and basements, particularly those adorned with swastikas and “rebel” flags and no amount of their crying wolf now will do them any good in November, much less 2020.

It’s a fantasy that can’t be maintained once it actually becomes real and has a voice and that voice is squarely against the idiot TV reality star traitor.

Trump is an unprecedented strain on our democracy. The Trump Admin is an experiment in demonstrating whether the US Government has enough inertia to prevent massive damage to it by this Presidency. Up to this point, the answer seems to be that the friction can be quite large when significant change is tried, slowing down processes. A lot of the friction, though has come from States, not the Federal Government, which is controlled by a party that keeps looking down at its shoes. Regardless, this friction, has prevented ACA repeal and slowed down immigration policy changes. However, tariffs and illegal immigration hasn't had nearly as much friction to slow it down, mainly being untouchable by States.
