Donald Trump was elected President because he projected the image of being a great businessman. Even though he has not been a very good one.
 
There can be no more good presidents.

They are all trapped within the military industrial complex. Constant war because it is very profitable to some as Orwell promised.

They are not in charge.

They are institutional actors and their role is constrained by the structures around them.
 
Nearly every business is run as a feudal fiefdom. Electing business leaders to a democratic government is kind of insane.

At the very minimum, we should elect an equal number of scientists to balance out the feudalist tendencies of businessmen with the anarchy of scientists.
